Ducis Open is a non-profit and a philanthropic organization that has been working untiringly to provide education, economic development, and strengthen the civil society in Ducis and surrounding areas. As of July 2009, this group based in North America has committed to empower families by:

• Establishing a literacy program to develop the mind and soul of our brothers and sisters in Ducis.
  
• Identifying the individual’s talent and resources for promotion and support.
  
• Care with dignity to the unfortunates for a better community and a brighter future.
  
• Sport development for the youth to enter the world competition.
  
• Providing a lump sum cash to promote business owners and creating wealth.
